"I had a fantastic stay at Sajid's apartment! It was modern, up-to-date, and spotless—everything was super clean, from the furniture to the linens. The two bathrooms were a huge plus, and I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The host was also very communicative, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!". In this apartment you don't have to worry about a cold basement. He provides space heater in each room. I really loved it

Good large unit if you’re ok of being outside Toronto. Excellent parking. Walk to supermarket and food but v good kitchen if had few more and better utensils Bed , bedroom and both bathrooms very good- very comfortable. With a few more home comforts we would have rated very good

I had a wonderful stay at Sajid’s property. From the very beginning, Sajid was extremely helpful, respectful, and responsive — he replied to my messages almost instantly throughout my stay.The property is located in Mississauga, which is honestly one of the best areas to stay. You have everything you need nearby, including a wide variety of restaurants, stores, shopping malls, and easy access to the GTA (around 20 minutes away).The property felt safe at all times, and the house was generally clean and comfortable. There are a few minor areas that could use improvement: the carpets in the bathrooms were quite dirty and could either be replaced or thoroughly cleaned. I also noticed a few minor stains on the blankets, although this was not a major concern as the overall cleanliness of the house was good. The oven also appeared to need a deeper cleaning.One drawback is that the apartment is somewhat prone to noise, as footsteps and running from the main house above can be heard. Additionally, the thermostat was not working properly, which made the apartment feel quite chilly throughout my stay.Despite these small issues, the beds were very comfortable, and I had an overall pleasant and relaxing stay. I would definitely consider returning in the future and would recommend this property to others.

Overall, it was okay. The only issue was the lack of toilet paper, paper towels, and body soap, even though the description mentioned that toiletries would be provided. There were also people cutting grass in the afternoon, and it was so noisy that we couldn’t rest properly. But overall, we enjoyed our stay, the air conditioning worked well, and we felt safe in the area.

Two bedrooms Two bathrooms in a quiet clean basement are perfect for my family of four. The unit is close, walking distance to Tim Horton and Grocery stores. The street is safe and easily accessible to all shopping and food centres. The host is friendly and prompt in response. This unit is strongly recommended.
