Thank you for choosing our suite. These rules are in place to ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful stay for everyone.

Rates & Amenities: The base rate covers the primary guest only. Each additional guest is charged per person, per night. Washer and dryer use is available once after a minimum stay of 5 nights.

Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is after 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out costs $50 per hour; overstays of 2 hours or more will be charged as an additional night.

Occupancy & Guests: Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Only registered guests are allowed. Unauthorized guests will result in immediate cancellation, eviction, and no refund.

Footwear: Outdoor shoes must be removed before entering; indoor footwear is provided.

Quiet Hours & Parties: Quiet hours are 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM. No parties or gatherings are allowed. Violations may result in a $400 fine and/or eviction.

Smoking & Open Flame: Smoking, vaping, candles, incense, or any open flame are strictly prohibited. Violations lead to immediate cancellation and a minimum $500 cleaning fee.

Pets: No pets allowed.

Cleanliness: The suite must be left in its original condition. No hair dyeing, indoor tanning, or misuse of towels. Excessive cleaning is charged at $30 per hour or for item replacement.

Damages & Theft: Any damage or loss must be reported immediately; guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.

Mechanicals & Décor: Do not tamper with systems, fixtures, or décor. Violations may result in cancellation.

Child Safety: The suite is not childproofed; children must be supervised at all times.

Lost Items: We are not responsible for items left behind.

Refunds: No refunds for uncontrollable events such as weather, power outages, or third-party service issues.
