Allow yourself to slow down at our waterfront retreat, nestled in a region steeped in rich Indigenous heritage and Acadian traditions. With the beach at your doorstep and the horizon stretching wide, this cozy cottage offers ample space, comfort, and seaside charm—perfect for a family gathering, friends get together or a romantic getaway. Explore Kouchibouguac National Park (25 min), the Bouctouche Dunes (20 min), or simply savor the moment, ending your day with a BBQ, sunset by the firepit, and the gentle rhythm of the tides.
Your backyard is the beach! Enjoy a full-sized lot and endless shoreline views year-round. Three comfy bedrooms plus a den with a queen pull-out give everyone their own space. Unwind in one of the sunrooms with a good book, or gather with your travel companions for a friendly board game.
The gentle, shallow waters—around 4 feet deep—are perfect for carefree fun. Remember to bring water shoes and watch the tides for a daily show of shells, rocks, driftwood and changing scenery. Better yet, bring your kayaks to take in the views from the water or try your luck fishing.
You’ll have full access to the home, beach, yard, and driveway during your stay. The sheds and camper are reserved for owners' use, but everything else is yours to enjoy. If anything comes up or you have questions at any point, we’re just a message away.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return outdoor furniture to its original location if moved.
Clean bbq if it was used.
Close the windows.
Turn off all heating and A/C.
No cigarette butts on the property, drive way or in the fire pit
Check NB fire watch status before starting a fire in the fire pit
Hand wash pots, pans and wine glasses
Report any damage to the property or any items
Food in the dining area or kitchen
Please use black cloths/wipes for make-up and paper towel for spills. (Any white towels or linens that become permanently stained will need to be replaced, with the cost charged to the guest.)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
