Magnificent, cozy cottage directly on the shores of Lake Lovering in Magog, 10 minutes from downtown and near Orford. Recently renovated and decorated with a modern flair, it features a soothing wood-burning fireplace.

This cottage is perfect for a getaway surrounded by nature, for a romantic getaway, a small family getaway, a getaway with friends, or a transitional period.

An ideal setting for recharging your batteries!

Fully equipped, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hot tub, dock, air conditioning, fireplace, high-speed Internet, home theater, Netflix, billiards, ping pong.

Winter: Ice fishing, snowmobile trails nearby, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing (Orford, Owls' Head), snowshoeing, and tobogganing, all 10 minutes away.

Summer: Golf, hiking, kayaking, pedal boating, canoeing, fishing, access to a boat launch, etc. It really lacks nothing. Everything for kids.

You have access to the entire Chalet as well as its grounds, parking lot and dock as well as the access ramp for your boat.
