Overall, our experience was excellent. Ryan was a great host and was prompt to reply to my emails and address any questions or issues we had. The place was as advertised. It was an excellent location for us, as we were attending a wedding walking distance from where we stayed. The place was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The only issue we had was the smell of stale cigarette smoke. Appears the previous owner(s) smoked and had stained the walls. Ryan has been working to correct this issue and was prompt to provide an air purifier for the suite, which really helped. It also appears Ryan will be taking action to remedy the situation in the near future. Again, the air purifier took that smell out, so there is a temporary solution while more permanent repairs are completed. Thank you, Ryan for your great support and communication. We would recommend your place to anyone looking for a quiet and clean place to stay, with a host that was great at communicating and promptly dealing with our concerns.
