The Space:

Snow settles quietly across the trees as you arrive high above Whistler’s valley floor, the mountains stretching wide beyond the glass. Inside, timbered ceilings, steady warmth, and the soft glow of indoor fireplaces create an immediate sense of calm after a day in the alpine air. Evenings unfold slowly here - boots drying, fires crackling, and winter light fading behind the peaks.



The home

Set within Whistler’s private Kadenwood neighborhood, this entire home offers ski-in/ski-out access to Whistler Mountain, with arrival by private entrance and easy movement between levels via elevator. Large windows frame mountain, lake, and forest views, while multiple living areas allow your group to gather or retreat as the mood shifts. Heating and air conditioning keep the interior comfortable throughout the season, and an indoor fireplace anchors quiet nights indoors.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for shared meals and long conversations after the slopes. You can cook together, linger at the dining table, or warm up with late-night snacks while snow falls outside. Barbecue utensils and an outdoor grill are available, though winter naturally draws most gatherings inside around the table and fire.



Sleeping arrangements

Seven bedrooms accommodate up to fourteen guests. The sleeping layout includes king beds across multiple levels, each paired with private bathroom access, along with two bunk rooms featuring queen-sized bunk beds that work well for families or mixed-age groups. Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and room-darkening shades support restful sleep after full days outdoors.



Bathrooms and laundry

Bathrooms throughout the home include bathtubs and showers, with hot water and bathroom essentials provided. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays or mid-trip refreshes, along with clothing storage, hangers, and an in-home safe.



Outdoor features and winter comfort

From patios and balconies, you can step into the cold air for a breath of winter mountain stillness before retreating back inside. The pool and hot tub are available seasonally, offering a contrast of warmth against the snow when conditions allow. A fire pit and outdoor furniture remain part of the setting, even as winter centers the experience indoors.

Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected when needed. Self check-in via smart lock allows for flexible arrivals, and free parking in the garage supports winter travel. Ski-in/ski-out access is dependent on weather and snowfall and is typically available from late December through March.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
