The Space:

Mountain air drifts through towering windows as snow settles across the peaks. After a day on the slopes, you return to crackling fireplaces, warm lighting, and space to gather across three expansive levels. Set within Kadenwood, this Whistler home offers ski access and room for your entire group to unwind comfortably.



Sleeping arrangements

Seven bedrooms accommodate up to 14 guests. The primary suite features a king bed, fireplace, balcony, and ensuite with deep soaker tub and heated floors. Four additional king bedrooms provide generous comfort, and two bunk rooms each include two queen-sized bunk beds, ideal for families or groups. The home includes 11 baths.



Leisure & wellness

Warm up in the heated pool or sink into the hot tub after skiing. A sauna and steam shower offer a restorative reset, while the home theatre and games area invite relaxed evenings indoors. A boot room with dryers and warmers makes ski days seamless.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped with Gaggenau appliances, ample prep space, and a dining table that seats 12. A scullery kitchen, butler’s pantry, and wine storage support easy group meals. Outdoor terraces include a fire pit and BBQ grill.



Comfort & convenience

An elevator connects all three floors. Enjoy air conditioning, heating, indoor fireplace, WiFi, dedicated workspace, washer/dryer, garage parking, and self check-in with smart lock.



Disclaimer : Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
