The villa offers great views over the lake from many rooms. The size of the house is roughly 1300 sqft on two levels. The basement has a huge living- & dining area with an open kitchen. From the living room you can see the lake and step out on the huge terrace with further great views overlooking the water. Besides there is one bedroom and one bathroom in the basement. In the upper floor there are three more bedrooms and one bathroom. Two bedrooms in this floor offer panorama views over the lake.
Two bathrooms have floor heating. Also from the separated sauna you can enjoy great lake views.
The house is ideal for two families however our guests and their motivation are manifold: summer vacation, city travelers, hiking groups, wellness, relaxing, romantic cocooning, family gatherings, Leipzig fair visitors, project work, board meetings, seminars, outings or a combination.
The lake house is attractive at any season: swimming in summer, nature is spring and autumn and wellness with sauna, cold water and open fire in wintertime.
