New property, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Access on side is fine, however could be challenging depending on mobility, as is a large step. Very close to shopping, and access to highway

Thank you for choosing our property. It was nice hosting you. The main access to the basement is actually from the front driveway towards the side entrance. There are no steps through there. Many thanks once again.

The property was what you would expect for a small basement suite of that price. Easy check in and check out. It’s located in a newly built home. I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the kitchen counter, it was clearly missed in the cleaning process. I also think the bedding could use an upgrade. We were aware when we booked that the area was under construction, but I just want to emphasize that it is under heavy construction- lots of debris/nails on the road, dirt piles everywhere, mud on the street after it rained. This will obviously get better once the area gets further developed, but just keep it in mind. All in all, we would likely book again, as the property is good value for a small two bedroom suite.
