Special prices in autumn! Stylish winery with large, heated swimming pool

Surrounded by vineyards, surrounded by large property with mature trees, the stone house with courtyard. On the upper floor covered, large south-facing terrace, salon with ardechoisem fireplace. Floor mainly of old terracotta tiles. Fitted kitchen, bathroom and guest room. On the second floor there are three guestrooms with chestnut parquet and the light-filled gallery as well as a shower room. Our guests can use the generously designed pool area (12 x 5 m) with sun terrace and pool house. Description of bedrooms and bathrooms: A comfortable bathroom with vanity, toilet, bath and shower is located on the first floor. On the same floor there is a guest room with a large French bed (180 x 200). The spacious staircase leads to the upper floor, which is down to the bathroom, with high-quality parquet made of solid chestnut wood. Here are three comfortable guest rooms (one bedroom with double bed 200 x 200, one bedroom with French double bed 140 x 200, one bedroom with antique "Lit Bateau" 114 x 186), a bright bathroom with double sink in red granite, shower and toilet and the light-flooded large mezzanine overlooking the fireplace from above and cozy TV area with satellite TV (about 30 programs).

Specials: 2 mountain bikes are available at an additional cost. A shady carport is right next to the house.

Activities in the area: The main cultural and sporting activity centers of the Ardèche such as Les Vans, Ruoms, Vallon-Pont d'Arc and Balazuc can be reached in 15- to 20-minute drive. Besides canoeing, climbing, caving and swimming in the rivers, the region is also ideal for mountain bike tours, horseback riding and hiking. The next bathing river, the Beaume is 5-10 minutes from the house. In addition, it is worth visiting the many regional markets and medieval villages. Nice excursions can also be made in the nearby Provence to Avignon, Uzès, Orange or Arles.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Immer wieder gerne

La Mazerie ist einfach schön. Wir haben das Haus es bereits zum wiederholten Mal gemietet und wir sind jedes Mal aufs Neue begeistert. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es bietet genügend Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Haus ist der perfekte Ort für einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub mit Freunden oder Familie. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dort!

Familienurlaub in traumhafter Villa

Hausgelände und Pool sind liebevoll, stilecht und hochwertig hergerichtet. Sowohl draußen als auch drinnen sitzt man sehr schön. Das ganze Haus ist so dass man auch gerne mehrere Tage ohne Ausflug allein im Haus und Pool verbringen.

Très belles vacances

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette propriété. La maison est bien située, sur un plateau entouré de vignes, elle est belle et très confortable, le grand jardin arboré, fleuri et peuplé d'oiseaux est un enchantement. En plus, la piscine est assez grande pour faire des longueurs, que demander de plus ?! Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette adresse !

Super séjour avec une belle météo malgré la période:début novembre. Accueil très pro et sympatique.

La description de la literie n'est pas assez précise, les grands lits sont en 2 matelas très épais 30 cm donc draps housse 90x90x2 ou 100x100x2 et équipés de couettes 2fois 140x200.. comme les draps ne sont pas fournis, plus de precision aurait facilité la logistique. La literie est de très bonne qualité..... et maintenant il y a des verres à vin et des coupes de champagne 😉les propriétaires sont attentifs aux commentaires des locataires, c'est très appréciable.. Merci Très belle région, les couleurs d'automne la rende magique.

un séjour parfait

La propriété est vaste, bien entretenue. Le matériel de cuisine est d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous nous sentions vraiment chez nous. L'Ardèche regorge d'activités les plus diverses satisfaisant tout public, que l'on aime les spectacles en lien avec l'histoire, les villages pittoresques ou les sports nautiques. Les glaces confectionnées dans la région vont me manquer!

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus, tolle Lage.

Alles in Allem top. Das Schwimmbad muss man allerdings mit den Mietern des Gîte welches Teil des Hauses ist, teilen. Dies geht nicht klar aus der Beschreibung hervor. Ansonsten ist alles wie beschrieben. Super!

Superbe Mas

Beau grand Mas, très bien équipé, bonne literie et beaucoup de vaisselle( sauf verres à vin et flûte à Champagne). Propriété où il doit être fort agréable de séjourner dès les beaux jours pour profiter de la belle piscine et de l’extérieur.

Erholung in traumhafter Landschaft

Sehr schönes altes Haus mit sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre und guter Ausstattung. Landschaftlich nett gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren an die Ardeche, Nimes (90min), Avignon (2h), Orange und vor allem zur Grotte Chauvet2. Die Landschaft der Ardeche ist spektakulär und nur unmittelbar an den Hauptattraktionen zur Hauptsaison überlaufen. Kanutouren auf der Ardeche sind allerdings im August wegen des starken Andrangs nur begrenzt empfehlenswert.

Traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Urlaubswochen in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Pool und der schöne Garten sind so herrlich und alles ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Region ist wunderschön und bietet so viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Haus mit herrlichem Pool und idyllischen Areal.

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannende Zeit in dem stilvollen Ambiente. Die Lage in der Ardeche ist gut, viele interessante Orte und Naturerlebnisse in kurzer Distanz. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern im Vorfeld war vorbildmässig und die mit dem Verwalter (wenn auch mit Händen und Füßen auf Französisch) vor Ort ebenfalls. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen.

Waren 1 Woche mit unseren Kindern und Schwiegerkindern in einem tollen Haus mit einem top gepflegten Pool, welcher jeden Tag gereinigt wurde. Das Haus hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen, und ist absolut empfehlenswert. Würden zu jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen, aber dann länger als eine Woche. Très bon séjour mais ....

La maison est vraiment très agréable, très fonctionnelle, spacieuse, et vraiment très propre ! L'environnement très clame est très appréciable pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Le seul bémol....est une petite "omission" dans l'annonce : nous avons été surpris d'apprendre à notre arrivée que la piscine était à partager avec les locataires du gîte à côté .... La cohabitation s'est très bien passée, nous avons eu de la chance, mais nous nous attendions à avoir une piscine privée .... l'annonce manque de clarté. Nous avons néanmoins apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle région et dans cette grande et belle demeure !!!
