Host was very quick to respond. Check in was easy and no hassle. The unit was very nice and new. Looked out towards the lake. Very convenient location. Visited for family day long weekend for some skiing at hidden valley and also Arrowhead. If I could add some helpful critique it would be to add some night stands and lamps in the bedrooms and towel racks in the bathrooms. And maybe some extra pillows. But otherwise a very comfortable stay. Oh, and my kids really enjoyed the huge couch.

Host was welcoming, with clear instructions to get into the place, however we were very disappointed with the amenities of the home. A few things worth calling out:- The coffee machine was broken, didn’t brew a single cup of coffee all weekend. - There are paper blinds on all the windows that can’t be rolled up (so the windows are dark at all times)- The kitchen was not stocked very well, and it was lacking many utensils for cooking.- Sheets and pillows were very old and thin, truly felt like no money was put into this.Lastly, the master bedroom bed was incredibly uncomfortable, we barely slept on night one and felt like we were sleeping on a box spring, when we investigated on night 2 we discovered that the mattress was put on upside down, and we were in fact sleeping on the wooden side of the bed, not sure how this happens. Overall, the location was good, but unfortunately the items listed below impacted our stay.

Everything is Brand new. The mattress is a $5000 dollar king size matress with a pillow top. Its impossible to sleep on the wooden side of a mattress lol. Everything in the unit is brand new, All the bedding is brand new. The kitchen is stocked with everything. You used regular water and not distilled which clogs the machine. You are never welcome back to my property again. & I recommended anyone thinking of doing so with this family to steer clear as they will be looking for discounts at your premium properties. Id suggest a motel for you next time.

Price: Exceptional value. The 2-bed, 2.5-bath layout was perfect for a family and much better than a standard hotel. Having a kitchen and laundry completely justified the cost. We spent 220 CAD on groceries for 3 days, saving around 50 CAD per meal versus eating out. Plus, being able to do laundry meant no trunk full of stinky clothes on the ride home!Quality: The condo matched the photos perfectly and felt premium yet comfortable. Minor things like a coffee ring on the counter were no big deal. The pull-out couch and love seat were a bit of a puzzle to unfold initially, but with a little teamwork they worked great and the boys slept comfortably.Room: Outstanding amenities. The appliances looked brand new—including a spotlessly clean stove. The washer/dryer worked even better than the ones I have at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, door lock instructions were seamless, and the smart thermostat kept the place perfectly comfortable.Service: The host was highly communicative and responsive. They left a clear, simple list of expectations right in the entryway, making check-out entirely stress-free.Tranquility: A deeply relaxing lakeside vibe. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. You can hear a bit of road traffic outside, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. It strikes the perfect "country meets city" balance—peaceful and comfortable, yet close to everything you need. Highly recommend for a family stay!
