Welcome to Urban Haus, your chic escape just a 1-minute stroll from the centre of Margaret River. Newly built in 2025, this stylish apartment blends modern design with all the comforts of home. Enjoy a spacious balcony perfect for outdoor dining, a fully equipped kitchen for nights in, and a calm, inviting space to unwind after a day exploring the region`s wineries, beaches, and bushland.



**The apartment has a lift.**



We supply you with the goods... less travel necessities for you- all natural body wash, shampoo and conditioner.



We also supply beach towels, saving you that much needed space in your suit case!



The apartment is open plan living and dining and suitable for 4 adults. It has a self-equipped kitchen with all amenities & utensils. The first bedroom with en-suite has a king bed. The second bedroom with adjoining bathroom also has king bed.



Cot and high chair is an additional $45.



There is a large, undercover outdoor area extending from the living room. Outside there is a dining & lounge seating arrangement for you to relax and watch over the Kari forest and town.



Urban Haus offers Chromecast for you to easily enjoy your personalised TV. Download the app on your phone, connect to the Chromecast and stream what you like, Netflix, YouTube, Stan...



There is a designated car park behind the apartment block.

Lovely property - well appointed bathroom and kitchen. Tastefully furnished. Excellent aircon. Short walk to restaurants for dinner (we went to Mikki's Kitchen) and breakfast (Drift does amazing breakfasts and is just up the road). Recommended.

A lovely apartment and wonderful stay. Just a short stroll to the Margaret River shops. All mod cons, everything we needed for our stay. Luciana was very helpful and quick to respond. We hope to return sometime for a longer stay. Highly recommended.
