Upon entering the property you will find a spacious living room, featuring ample seating and a large Smart TV.
Heading further into the home, you will find a full-size kitchen, featuring a double door fridge, island bench, full size oven, and induction cooktop, alongside all cooking basics and utensils. A large 6-seat dining table overlooks the landscaped private backyard, complemented by another couch with another smaller Smart TV and wood fire heater.
The remainder of the house features three spacious bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes. The main bathroom has a shower, bath and separate toilet. The master bedroom has an ensuite. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and has direct outdoor access.
There is ample space for vehicles on the property, with a double garage and spacious driveway. Outside, there is a clothesline and BBQ.
