This 2 bedroom apartment for 4 people of about 60 m² offers a perfect setting and location to enjoy the “”Ciotadennes beaches. You are 100 m from the beach “des lumières” and only 15 minutes walk from the port and the old town. It is ideal to fully enjoy the sweetness of Ciotadenne life on foot and stroll from alley to alley. Everything is easily accessible, shops, restaurants, beaches, markets, ... take advantage of the parking space available to forget your car during your stay.
Located on the1st floor with a large terrace, this apartment offers all the amenities for your comfort.
The kitchen integrated into the living room is modern and very well equipped to prepare good dishes for your loved ones. The living room connected directly to the terrace by the double bay window. This terrace is shaded which is very comfortable in summer. It offers a dining area, a seating area and a BBQ.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms. The first overlooks the terrace by a bay window and is equipped with a double bed of 160x200. The second has 2 single beds (90 x 200).
Both are equipped with a large closet, recent and quality bedding. The sheets and towels are of hotel quality.
The bathroom is independent, modern with a bathtub equipped with a shower column. The suspended toilets are independent.
A laundry room equipped with a washing machine is at your disposal.
Everything has been thought out to allow you to recharge your batteries by the sea to the rhythm of the typical Provencal life that la Ciotat offers.

Animals are not allowed.
There is no smoking permitted inside the apartment.
The apartment cannot be rented for parties or events.
Arrival times: 5pm - 7pm, departure time: 8am - 10am. In summer, the agency will define the time of provision of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.

The neighbourhood
The apartment is located by the sea. You will have easy access to Beaches. Along the beaches are many restaurants and shops.
The day before town is 15 minutes’ walk. Let yourself be carried quietly along small streets full of charms, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrian.
Discover houses whose construction spans from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys lead to many squares, such as the Sadi Carnot square and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.
Also take advantage of the new docks of the old harbours totally renovated in 2019. The markets and terraces invite you to enjoy the rhythm of the town, sampling local dishes in the Mediterranean climate.
You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its rugged and spectacular coastline, its bay affectionately known as «THE GULF OF LOVE». Inland you will find the park of the calanques, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and calanque of Mugel, the green island, the beaches, circuit of the Castellet, etc.
On or under water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the sun.
You can also take your vehicle and embark at your leisure on the discovery of the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, head to a golf course, practice hiking in the Massif du Castellet or in the reserve of the Calanques, discover the Golden Islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, etc.
