Up a long paved driveway in the center of a few acre property tall trees surround a modest unique 2 story home. Enjoy the best of both worlds - a peaceful retreat surroundedby nature, yet just minutes from shops, dining, and beautiful Parksville Beach.

Main Level

The upper level features a large, fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast nook and a full dining room - perfect for family meals and gatherings. The kitchen leads onto a spacious deck with a large BBQ and outdoor dining and relaxation space. The bright living room offers plenty of comfortable seating for larger groups. Equipped with a New 65” TV.

- Third Bedroom: Two bunk beds (twin over twin & twin over double)

Lower Level

The home also includes a complete secondary living area with its own kitchen, cozy living room (with pull out couch), and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed. This living room area also has a New 65” TV. The full bathroom downstairs has a stand-up shower, and there is also a dedicated Laundry room for convenience.

Outdoor Space

Relax and play in the large private front yard, shaded with large trees of all kinds. We have provided some yard games for your enjoyment. The large backyard and fruit trees are between our home where we live, facing the other way along the back part of the property adjacent the highway, keeping your stay peaceful and private.
