We had a wonderful stay here! Very clean and tidy and had everything we needed to make this place home for a little over a month. Host was communicative and helpful. If you are looking for a comfortable stay for yourself and some friends or family, this is the perfect little place located right in the heart of ChampionsGate! Right off of I4, and very close to championsgate golf course as well.

We had a good stay. The location and amenities were great.Unfortunately we did have an issue with the ac, but the host responded quickly and got the problem fixed. Great communication with host.

The house was good; the management company was bad. We were charged for early arrival without our approval, but they wouldn't refund until after we left. Then we received an email after checkout that stated there were damages. We requested, "What were the damages?" They couldn't tell us. No supervisor was available. Then, 3 days after we left, we were charged for a carpet stain we did not make. Do not rent from this IHM group. This is the only VRBO rental for which we had to sign a contract with the management company.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy. Prior to arrival, you indicated that early check-in was not needed. However, on the day of check-in, you emailed requesting early access. We confirmed that the home was ready and allowed early entry. Later, you stated that you did not use the early check-in, and per our policy, the fee was refunded after checkout. After departure, a carpet stain was found during the standard post-checkout inspection. We shared the photo documenting the condition, and the charge reflected the cost of addressing that damage. During your four-night stay, no issues or concerns were reported, and the home remained in good condition throughout your visit, which indicates that your stay itself was enjoyable. The concerns raised appear to relate specifically to the check-in process and the damage identified after check out. We appreciate your feedback. - The IHM Team
