Our regular check out time is 11:00am. Please remember to empty the fridge and the freezer, and move the waste bags out. The bin is at the back of the house.
Also, switch off all lights and press the padlock button on the main entrance keypad upon your departure. Please check that you haven't left anything behind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

As a newcomer to Regina, I stayed at this property for three months and had a lovely, cozy, and comfortable stay. The property was clean, well maintained, and the location was reasonably close to the Grasslands shopping centre and the Sherwood Co-op food store.The host, Seyi, was just wonderful – incredibly kind and very welcoming. I would like to thank him for checking in on me throughout my stay, for always making sure the pathway to my door was cleared of snow, and for the very thoughtful Christmas treats that were left for me.I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Regina.

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would happily return. The property matched the photos and description, and the suite was very clean and well maintained. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood close to shopping and public transit. Communication was excellent—Seyi was very welcoming, friendly and responsive. Check-in was seamless, and the pathway was always kept clear of snow. The bed was comfortable, the suite warm, and the Wi-Fi and on-site washer/dryer were appreciated. The kitchen is small but reasonably well equipped. As it’s a basement suite, some noise from upstairs is noticeable but not intrusive. I did occasionally have minor issues with the keypad lock in very cold weather, but Seyi provided helpful guidance. Overall, I would recommend the property and would stay here again.
