I do understand your concern. Unfortunately, as Hosts we have no control over the surrounding area, yet the property was property lit and secured by RING, as it is for all our guests. Other guests did not feel the same and left favorable reviews.

Everything we needed was so close by! No it was not exactly what I expected the neighborhood to be, but the host was very upfront about it not being a suburb and in the city. The house felt secure and well lit. The view off the back deck we called “the zoo” We could relax out there and enjoy watching the birds and squirrels.

My property is Called the Jazzy Charmer beause of course KC is known for it's Jazz History (18th & Vine). I have unique pieces of Wall Art, Literature & table ornaments that Exhobit my Love for Jazz.
