It is a brand new basement unit with a private entrance. Well equiped (air con, heating, kitchen...). Very suitable for a family of four. 5 min drive to downtown moncton and Champlain mall (Walmart, superstore, giant tiger). 20 min drive to Shediac which is a very famous touristic spot in summer ( well known for nice beaches and seafood restaurants). This unit is budget wise that offers enjoying nearby beaches without spending money in hotels. The owner is very polite, cheerful and responsive.

It was a nice location, the only thing is that the garbage in the bathroom was not clean and there was some old mcdonald food and other guests trash in there which was kind of gross… I had a hard time finding the place due to it being dark outside but the host was quick to help me out which I appreciated a lot.

Thanks for the feedback. Sorry to hear about the garbage issue. The garbage issue was one off and non of our guest had complained about that before. In terms of outside being dark at night, we have put on a light to make it much more visible.

The room was better than the picture. Very comfy. We had a very pleasant stay. My only disappointment was that the host ignored my message/request for a tub mat. Ideally, there should be one for safety. I sent a message which was ignored for the three days I booked. Other than that, my family and I had a comfortable stay.
