This stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers breathtaking lake and mountain views, just a 4-minute drive or 8-minute walk to Queenstown's vibrant town centre. Perfect for up to 6 guests, this central escape combines modern comfort with a relaxed holiday vibe

Each bedroom has a Therawrap coil technology queen bed topped with a wool blend pillow for your sleeping comfort plus bedside lamps with wireless phone chargers
Bathrooms/laundry
Each bathroom has heated floor, heated towel rail and smart mirror. Super quiet Bosch washer/dryer on second floor in enclosed area for easy access and use
Living & Kitchen
Fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need to cook and dine in style, Bosch appliances for cooktop, conventional oven, plus microwave oven, electric frypan, rice cooker, blender and Nespresso coffee maker, etc. Water filter fridge/freezer for filtered water and ice making (to help with those cocktails/mocktails). A dishwasher and waste master to help with the clean up
Open-plan living area filled with natural light. Lounge space with large windows framing Lake Wakatipu and the mountains - stacked sliding glass doors to balcony enable great indoor/outdoor flow
Outdoor Spaces
Balcony equipped with a Weber BBQ, and seating - ideal for alfresco dining. Each of the two bedrooms on lower floor also open out onto a separate and secure downstairs private patio
Location
Only 8 minutes' walk to Queenstown's centre (with an easy access uphill return). Close to cafes, restaurants, shops, and adventure activities - all at your doorstep

We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm.

The T&C's for staying at a Tahuna Hideaway will be sent to you before arrival.
This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm - 8am.
As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:
No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm - 8am.
All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm - 7am.
The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm - 7 am.

Guests will be sent their arrival instructions 48 hours prior to arrival.

Nestled on the lower slopes of Queenstown Hill, this property sits just a short stroll from the heart of Queenstown's vibrant CBD. A short 8 minute walk, you'll find the town center, including waterfront restaurants, cafes, shops, and attractions like the Skyline Gondola
- Getting Around
Buses run from the town center which can take you to surrounding areas such as Arrowtown and Frankton.

The property does have curtains throughout, photos were taken prior to these being installed.
