The property boasts a wonderful private deck for entertaining and to enjoy the swimming pool, making this a fantastic summer holiday getaway property for you and your family or group to enjoy. With Coogoorah Park, river and main beach accessed from walking tracks, there is an abundance of activities on offer all just a short stroll away.
If you prefer to stay and relax and entertain at home, this property has you covered with an excellent sheltered BBQ area. There are three large bedrooms, main with ensuite and WIR, main bathroom has a spa bath, large open plan living and second living room, which is always handy on holidays, so everyone has their space. Other features include a wood heater, 2 split systems for heating and cooling and off-street parking with undercover carport.
