A gourmet kitchen, tiled floors, wool carpets, & beautiful lighting, all quality. Treat yourself to a holiday in this amazing home. You will not be disappointed.
This modern home has two levels. One bedroom & bathroom on the ground floor plus a powder room, & two bedrooms, a bathroom & balcony upstairs.
This house truly has class! Live it up a little! One of the best in town.
Two cars only. There is an enclosed garage for one car parking and one on the driveway in front of the garage.
Linen included.
Self-check in from 3pm. Check out 9.50am (ie: just before 10am)
ID required. Must be over 21 years old to book, no teenager bookings.
Names of all guests required. Reference - Holiday Homes Local Laws 2012, Part 3 Obligation of Owners and Managers 3.3 Register of Occupants.

Access to the whole house, except one bedroom is locked as it stores the owner`s personal holiday supplies and the cleaning supplies cupboard.

As per Busselton Council rules, we must receive the names of all guests staying (Holiday Homes Local Laws 2012, 3.3).
👥 Guest Numbers & Visitors Guest numbers must match your booking confirmation. Undeclared guests or pets will incur extra nightly fees. The property has security measures in place.
🧹 Damage & Cleaning Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the stay. Please send photos of any existing damage within 10 minutes of arrival. A pre-authorisation hold is taken on the payment card and released after the cleaning inspection has taken place, all being good. Lost keys may require lock replacement. Oil leaks must be contained or may incur driveway cleaning fees.
📶 WiFi Free and unlimited WiFi is provided.
🎉 Events & Noise No parties, events, or gatherings. Commercial use is not allowed. Noise disturbances may result in eviction without refund.
🔥 BBQ Use BBQ must be cleaned after use or a $60 cleaning fee applies. Please notify us if the gas bottle is empty.
🗑 Rubbish & Bins Bins must go out Tuesday night. Missed bin collections incur a $20 fee per bin.
👶 Children Not accommodated.
🎁 Welcome Gift A small welcome gift (e.g., wine or beer) may be provided. Let us know in advance if you prefer not to receive alcohol.
🐾 Pets All pets are NOT allowed at this property.
🚭 Smoking Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Dispose of butts properly (sealed and binned). Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Strictly no smoking inside the home.
🔑 Lost & Left Items We are not responsible for lost or left items. Returns incur a minimum $40 fee.
🌿 Wildlife & Insects Due to nearby wetlands, some wildlife and insects may be present. Pest control is regularly maintained. Repellent and spray are provided.
