Our solidly built and light-flooded house is in an absolutely quiet and green location in the holiday village Claus Störtebeker. Completely renovated in 2012, you can expect modern and first-class accommodation (4 stars for 4 people), in which you can quickly leave everyday life behind. On a total area of 70 m² there is an open living room with kitchen on the ground floor, three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower on the upper floor. The interior is designed with great attention to detail.

After eventful days, cook to your heart's content in a fully equipped kitchen and then enjoy your delicious meals in a convivial atmosphere in the large dining area or on the wood-furnished south terrace. A cozy sofa area for lounging, dreaming, reading or watching TV makes even rainy days relaxing, especially with the cozy warmth of our fireplace and the warm blankets.

And on days when you just want to relax in the house, sun loungers invite you to linger longer in our garden.

You can also use the available bicycles (not the newest) to go straight to the beach or explore the area. Beautiful cycling and hiking trails lead you to every destination - in about 5 minutes on foot to the Bodden, in 10 minutes by car or in about 25 minutes by bike to the Baltic Sea beach.

Perfekt!

Wir haben in diesem tollen Ferienhaus unsere Osterferien verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist besser als beschrieben. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Sogar eine Wärmflasche für unsere Mädels mit Bauchweh haben wir gefunden. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, der Kamin an kalten, nassen Tagen ein Traum. Es gibt Fahrräder in verschiedenen Größen, sodass wir mit zwei Teenagern und einem Achtjährigen problemlos zum Strand radeln konnten. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und problemlos, der CheckIn über einen Schlüsseltresor unkompliziert und stressfrei. Die Umgebung bietet allerlei Ausflugsziele. Sehr zu Empfehlen sind das Ozeanum in Stralsund, Karls Erlebnisdorf oder für die Reiter der Bernsteinreiterhof in Barth. Und selbstverständlich Zingst, mit seinem schönen Sandstrand. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Exzellent ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

In der Ferienwohnung fehlt es an nichts. Das war perfekt! Der Aufenthalt war ruhig und sehr erholsam. Ein wenig schade: in der Haussiedlung war die Umgebung ein wenig lieblos gepflegt. Alles sauber, aber Steingarten und oftmals nicht gepflegte Rasenfläche.
