Location of property of was great. Inconvenient key pick up process - difficult to do with suitcases. The cleanliness of the place was awful: crumbs and dirt on the floor, stained blankets and carpets, sticky kitchen surfaces and cupboards. Uncomfortable living room - chairs were abysmal.

The place was not clean. There was a spill on the balcony which looked like it could have been vomit. The carpet in the lounge area was dirty, stained and holes. The throw on one of the beds had holes that looked like cigarette burns. Overall the place felt dirty
