The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Furniture is not be moved. The BBQ must be cleaned and emptied when you vacate otherwise there will be an additional cleaning fee taken from your Bond.
All breakages to be reported, any damages to property during your stay will result in part or full loss of bond, excess cleaning will also be charged as per terms and conditions.
If police are called you may lose your bond and you may be evicted immediately. There are to be no parties. No schoolies are allowed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Well appointed and clean house. Great location and proximity to beach and town centre and clubs. Nice bathroom with modern fittings and lovely rain shower head. Great communication with host. Only improvement if there had to be one would be to have coffee making facilities at the home, eg coffee plunger or pod machine. Thanks for a great stay.
