Property is very basic. Exterior property is unkempt and not looked after, with construction activity and cars that seem to be unmoved for many months. Only one half used roll of toilet paper available for 5 guests. Man hole cover into ceiling is only partially covered by beer carton cardboard. No freezer available.

Only stayed for one night as a stop-over from Hobart to Launceston. The house is a one level three bedroom open living style house with renovated features. Very comfortable stay with heaters in all parts of the house. Outdoor area is in construction mode but that doesn't hamper with the stay. 100m walk to the beach. Very small town with little to do but does the job as a stop over, local pub serves great meals.
