Welcome to the Victorian house a luxurious apartment that brings old classic design into modern cozy living. Located in the middle of Sydney/Sydney River on a beautiful quiet street. The 2 large bedrooms both boast extremely comfortable King size beds. If you like to cook the large kitchen with island for chatting is the perfect place for you. With beautiful wood accents and live plants you will feel right at home in this main floor apartment.
The space
The Victorian house is something to see. This Beautiful Apartment will calm you and make you feel right at home. With everything you need for cooking and relaxing. Including a full bathroom with both bathtub and rain shower, In suite laundry, an office in a beautiful sun room over looking the beautiful treed street with water views, and don’t forget the sofa bed in the living room for extra guests. We have built this unit with thoughtful design taking the beautiful old 100 year old architect of the home and modernizing it to create a beautiful blend of old and new.
located in the middle of the Sydney/Sydney river you are close to everything. Sydney River which has everything you need Grocery stores, liquor store, multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and so much more is only a 3min drive. Attending a concert or event at Membertue trade and convention center or just want to go bowling? well your in luck as both are only 2 min from the apartment. If your wanting dinner on the harbour or to see the big fiddle just follow kings road and you'll have what your looking for in less than 4 min. With a truly central location and easy access to the highway for day trips to Louisburg or around the Cabot trail you can't go wrong with staying at the Victorian house.
Guest access
When renting this unit you will have the whole Apartment to your self along with your own private entrance . There is a large shared back and side yard for you to access and use. please keep pups on leashes if other dogs are in the yard. or at least till the other owners are good with them playing:)
Other things to note
Please note this is a middle apartment you may hear noise from the upstairs tenants. It shouldn’t be much but we like to let people know:)
