The house - designed as a granny flat - located in a former vineyard with a beautiful view of the spa.

The partially covered terrace is 80 meters above the city. From here you have a fantastic view of Bad Ems and the Riwer Lahn Valley.

The apartment has the following facilities: kitchen, Tchibo Cafissimo machine with coffee pads, flat screen TV-103-cm screen with HD TV programs, DVD player and movies, TV couch, box spring beds in the bedroom, internet access, underfloor heating.

For sporting activities can be found in the immediate distance hiking and biking trails, one of the most beautiful golf courses in Germany, canoeing and horse-riding.

Die Ferienwohnung hat einen richtig tollen Ausblick auf Bad Ems und die Lahn und ist einfach perfekt ausgestattet - es fehlt an nichts. Alle Details der Wohnung sind von den super netten Gastgebern einfach und umfassend beschrieben, so dass es keine Fragen gibt und man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Um alle Besonderheiten hier aufzuführen, reicht der Platz nicht. Absolut empfehlenswert und wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort!!

Wir haben uns in der perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick über Bad Ems direkt sehr wohl gefühlt :-) Es wurde an alles gedacht und sogar nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt - einmalig! Man ist schnell in der Therme zum Entspannen oder auf einem der schönen Wanderwege, um die Umgebung & Natur zu genießen- für uns Erholung pur !

Die Ferienwohnung verspricht genau das was beschrieben wurde. Sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich, super ausgestattet, sehr sehr nette Vermieter. Top : Aufgrund Coronazeiten, findet ein Kontaktloser Check-In über einen Schlüsseltresor statt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und bereits den nächsten Kurzurlaub Ende August im Sonneneck gebucht.

Absolute Top-Wohnug

Zeit meines Lebens habe ich meine Urlaube in Ferienwohnungen verbracht, achte auf Sauberkeit, Lage und Gastgeber. Dieses Angebot gehört eindeutig zu meinen Top 3!!! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist perfekt, und damit meine ich perfekt. Es bleiben keine Fragen offen, alles ist geklärt, so dass man entspannt seinen Urlaub antreten kann. Zur Wohnung selbst braucht man nicht mehr viel sagen. Das Inserat sagt alles aus. Alles ist so wie bebildert und beschrieben, und real noch besser. Der Ausblick, das Schlafzimmer, die Küche, das Bad - alles in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Auf der Terrasse steht neben den hochwertigen Sesseln auch ein Weber-Elektro-Grill. Der Vermieter achtet sogar auf Details, zum Beispiel Duschgel, Föhn, etc. In der Wohnung sind massenhaft Tourenvorschläge oder Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten in gut sortierter Form zu finden. Ich kann sagen, dass diese Wohnung top ist und kann sie mit gutem Gewissen mehr als weiterempfehlen. Ein echter Geheimtipp! Anmerkung an den Vermieter: wir kommen wieder :-)

Ferienwohnung die keine Wünsche offen läßt

Wir haben selten eine Ferienwohnung angetroffen bei der ALLES vorhanden war, vom bequemen Bett bis zum kleinsten Detail war an alles gedacht. . Herr Winkler war ein freundlicher und hilfreicher Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war blitzblank sauber, liegt ruhig, ist gemütlich und warm, und hat eine tolle Aussicht auf Bad Ems. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
