The apartment is located in the heart of Surrey's urban core; it is close to a variety of amenities and stores and is only a 10 minute walk to supermarkets and restaurants.
Guest access
As a tenant you will have private use of all the facilities in the house, including the bedroom, living room and bathroom; there are also other public facilities in the building, such as the gym, meeting rooms, etc., which you need to apply for; parcels can be picked up on the first floor of the building, and will be left in the vicinity of the mailbox area; there is also the possibility of receiving packages.

Other things to note
- ACCEPT Pets (Dogs/Cats), I charge 80CAD for guest who bring pet, please inform me in advance if you will bring a pet.
- Quiet hours 10PM-8AM;
- Parking space is underground in the building;
- The earliest check-in time at 4 p.m. and the latest check-out time at 11 a.m. since I need enough time to clean the room. Please message me if you require an early check-in or a late check-out;
- The furniture shown in the photographs may be subject to slight alterations due to normal wear and tear and replacement;
