Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, the house and location are great, suited us well and really enjoyed our stay.There were some issues to be highlighted and offer some suggestions to improve upon as it's very likely we'll be back in the future.1/ The dishwasher did not work from day 1, it was 5 days before that was replaced with a new unit. With 10 people in the house that was a long wait and a lot of time spent doing dishes that could have been spent enjoying ourselves.2/ Despite all of the information on the fridge, the BBQ was putrid.. Quite some time was spent cleaning it before it could be used. Photos of this were sent to the managers, Lifestyle Properties. Someone needs to check it's clean before a new group move in. It was left clean and ready to use by us.3/ There was a broken knob on the gas cooktop in the kitchen, photos also sent.4/ No shower gels, soaps etc were supplied, we had to purchase these ourselves 5/ The clothesline was broken which we repaired so it could be used, we could not find any pegs so purchased these also. Yes, the washing machine has a built-in dryer, but a cycle takes 4 or more hours and again with 10 people it was pretty much useless.6/ The house desperately needs some sensor lights for the entry as you walk in at night, actually dangerous as that side is very dark and the existing switched lights do not all work and only light a very small area.7/ A two week wait for the garbage service is crazy with 10 people- Seriously!!!
