Inside, the open-plan living area invites relaxation with plush seating, split system air conditioning, and a ceiling fan for extra airflow—perfect for unwinding with a movie after a day in the sun.



The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, full-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and all the cooking essentials for effortless home-style meals. Step onto the private balcony overlooking the lagoon-style pool, where a four-seater glass-top dining table sets the scene for slow breakfasts or sunset dinners.



The queen-sized bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a second balcony facing a quiet, leafy street, also cooled by split system air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The generous bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower, ample vanity space, and a built-in laundry with washer and dryer—ideal for longer stays.

Guest Access:
