This unit has two separate bedrooms. The main bedroom has 2 single beds that can be combined to form one king bed, by request. The 2nd bedroom contains three single beds. *Bottom sheet/s and pillows and a hand towel are supplied. You need to bring your own top bedding; Doona/s, sleeping bags, blankets and bath towels. *These items can be supplied by request, for a small extra charge.
The unit has an open plan living space with a well-appointed kitchen, dining and lounge area, where you will find all your basic needs, including a chest freezer for your catch of the day.
A step free entrance, along with a walk-in shower are also features.

I am a qualified, retired, electrician and all-round handyman. I love to make my homebrew and pitch in with preparing venison products at the local Men's Shed.
Why they chose this property
I have fished the Mighty Bemm for many, many years, usually making two to three trips down here per year, so when Cosy Nook came up for sale, we couldn't resist.
A lot of hard work and effort has gone into getting it back up and running and we have improved the facilities a fair bit. There is much more to do yet!

What makes this property unique
Cosy Nook has a great BBQ/Presentation area that can seat up to 35 guests. It is well equipped with all matter of BBQ's including our pièce de résistance, a Global Warmer Oven, fitted with a hot/cold smoker. It cooks great pizzas as well (Saturday nights are quite often pizza nights - BYO pizzas/ingredients). There is also a well equipped kitchen and flat screen TV with access to Kayo Sports, Netflix & Amazon Prime movies.
It is also located in a quiet neck of the woods, around 500mts northeast of the township, which gives a nice secluded feel to the place. Landscaped gardens, which we are slowly getting back to their former glory, are also an asset.
