About this property

"Sounds Good to Me" hosts a reverse floor plan highlighting sound views from the living and dining areas and kitchen on the top floor. Our well stocked kitchen is open to the dining room and family room. Seating for two at the bar and 10-12 at the dining table allows your family to enjoy dining together.

The top level also has a spacious king master suite and beautiful decks to enjoy the sound breezes and sunset over the Currituck Sound. A Weber gas grill is provided on the upper deck for your convenience.

The mid-level boasts a king master suite, two additional queen bedrooms, full bath, and a den perfect for hanging out, reading, gaming or catching a nap. The washer and dryer is also on this level. Step out onto the front mid-level deck to enjoy swinging and lounging in the hammock or enjoy a private hot tub on the rear mid-level deck.

The ground level offers a bunk room (twin over full, with an extra twin trundle provided) , a queen bedroom, a full bath and a rec room with a pool table. The rec room accesses the rear patio which leads to the private swimming pool. Three collapsible student desks are provided for your virtual learners.

This 6 bedroom, 4 bath home is walking distance to the sound where you can enjoy walks, bike rides, kayaking, paddle boarding, and more. The walking paths within Corolla Light Resort lead to a private beach, oceanfront and soundside swimming pools, basketball, volleyball, tennis, a health club with indoor lap pool, mini golf, an oceanfront restaurant, soundside access and trolleys. Guest wristbands are included with your stay so you may enjoy all that Corolla Light has to offer. Our home is a short bike ride (or a 10 minute or less walk) to the Corolla Light Oceanfront Complex & The Oceanfront Grille, Corolla Light Town Center, the Whalehead Club, the Currituck Beach Lighthouse and historic Corolla Village. Corolla Light Resort owners and guests receive preferred golf rates at The Pointe Golf Club and Carolina Club.

Best Vacation Ever!

This was our first family vacation in Corolla. We enjoyed every minute of this beautiful home and the resort. The owner responded promptly to any questions that we had and she went out of her way to make it special for us. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for making this the best vacation ever.

We are a family of 5 from Chesapeake, VA. We love all that the Corolla community has to offer. We have three children (ages 11, 17, and 20) and were looking for a resort for all ages and a home away from home. We love the Corolla Light Community and that we can walk or bike to just about anything we desire! We hope you enjoy your stay!

Why they chose this property

Corolla Light Resort offers many activities and we rarely leave the community. Private beach access and private pools (sound side and oceanfront), basketball, tennis, pickle ball - these are only a few things the resort offers. With Corolla Light Town Center right next door, we walk to nearly everything we do while at the resort. Sound access is directly across the street from our home and we enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding in the sound along with the most gorgeous sunsets you'll ever see.

What makes this property unique

3-level living is wonderful when traveling with other families. Our home has an open floor plan and is decorated in my favorite, bright, soothing colors. Lots of windows mean a bright airy home (with room darkening curtains in bedrooms if that is your preference!) Our home is set up with everything you can need - comfortable couches and beds, fully outfitted kitchen, 4 full bathrooms and multiple living areas. We hope you enjoy staying at our home as much as we do!
