We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. You must notify us in advance and show us official documentation if you have a service dog. We will take a $500 penalty if any of these rules are not respected.
Additional fees: $100 per stay + Airbnb fee
Conditions:
• You must have at least 1 positive comment from previous experiences;
• Your dog must be over 1 year old and weigh less than 40 lbs;
• Your dog must be "clean": dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Should you find it impossible to prevent your dog from climbing onto beds or furniture, we encourage you to
bring your own bedding (blankets for beds and sofas) during your stay. This will help to prevent or minimize the cost of any additional cleaning charges.
• Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbours and must be on a leash at all times when in the common areas.
• You must pick up after your dog at all times and keep the unit clean. We must not find poops in the surroundings after your stay.
• The dog must never be left alone in the apartment.
