Turn off the lights and return the keys
• Guest would be responsible for bringing garbage to the outside bins from the common areas twice a week
• Remove your shoes near the door entrance.
• No pets
• No parties
• Quiet time from 10pm-7am.
• Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
• If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
• Recycle
• Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests.
• No smoking – also, don't discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans
• Return all keys. A fee of $50 will be charged for lost keys
