Entrance, living room with a sofa bed (140 cm), opening onto a balcony facing south and the bay and fitted with an awning. Separate kitchen area (microwave, washing machine, small oven, refrigerator + freezer, gas burners). Bathroom and separate toilet. Bedroom with a large king size bed (180 x 200 cm) and cupboards.
