Welcome to Sunset Vistas 403S, a stunning beachfront getaway in beautiful Treasure Island, Florida. This bright and inviting two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers everything you need for a relaxing coastal retreat.

The open living area features a cozy sofa and loveseat, a large TV, and direct access to the private balcony, where you can unwind and take in Gulf views. The dining area comfortably seats four, with additional barstool seating at the kitchen counter—perfect for casual meals or morning coffee. I believe all the units are angled to be able to see the Gulf. The pool was lovely, the children's pool and hot tub were clean and nice. The beach is very accessible. Our unit was charmingly decorated, truly fully furnished in the kitchen. The layout works well. We had two couples and that worked out. The smaller bedroom is a little tight, but having a king sized bed in there was a plus! Be aware that only a couple small soaps are supplied in the bathrooms, no shampoo or conditioner. There are hair dryers in each bath. Parking is tight and confusing at first, the front office can tell you where your space is. A large vehicle might be a liability. A guest pass for a second vehicle necessary. They park on a first-come, first-served basis, tho there were several guest spaces.

What we did not realize is that this unit had nothing other than silverware and plates. No salt, pepper, aluminum, foil plastic wrap, baggies... we had to purchase everything. We bought coffee with us to only find a Kureug coffee maker so we had to spend 40.00 to purchase the little coffee packets. My wife and I have been spending February at multiple places over the past 4 years. This the first unit that we rented that did not supply the basic amenities.We will not be going back
