This beautiful home has been thoughtfully styled to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for every guest. Self-check-in available.
The house showcases ultra-modern appliances; safe and efficient heating and cooling systems and automated room blinds controlled by electronic devices. Please note - there is one small step inside the house that measures approx. 16cm.
OFFICE: This private office is ideal for remote work or quiet focus, featuring *Wi-Fi, chair and desk, printer, storage drawers, climate control, and secure access. Separate from the main house, it provides a comfortable and light-filled workspace.
* Fibre to home and fibre to office upgrade completed in December 2025.
MODERN ENTERTAINMENT: Two spacious living areas - both equipped with large smart TVs, giving you access to the best streaming services available for your enjoyment during your stay.
DINING table comfortably seats six, additional dining table in the second living room with a handy kitchenette with a mini fridge, provides more flexibility — ideal for families, small groups, or colleagues sharing the space.
Bedroom 1 = Queen size bed
Bedroom 2 = Double size bed with extra length on mattress*
*Width is double size, *Length is queen size (i.e. adjusted length to mattress to fit euro-sized double bed frame)
Two bedrooms each with brass bed are fitted with high-quality, professionally laundered bedding.
COURTYARD: Experience serene, surroundings in this private backyard. In addition to the inviting natural environment, there is a well-maintained lawn area adjacent to the courtyard.
PARKING: For guests arriving by vehicle or needing secure outdoor space, the property offers full perimeter fencing and double-gated access. Free street parking is also available directly outside the entrance.
YOUR PETS: We have a 2-dog limit.
Well-mannered dogs are most welcome on the hard-floored areas; dogs are strictly prohibited from using bedding or furniture. BYO dog bedding and dog blankets and just like you, they’ll feel right at home.
• Under NO circumstances is your dog to be left inside the property while you are away.
• Dogs are strictly prohibited from entering the house unattended, wet, or dirty, they may not be bathed inside the house.
• We ask that dogs that shed heavily remain in the yard as much as possible. Please remove any traces of dog hair from carpets or rugs, etc. before vacating the property.
• If you have a dog that can jump fences or dig, we do not guarantee that our property can contain them, you may want to bring a lead in case your dog wants to escape.
Please allow the extra time to tidy up well before you leave and ensure your pets stay off furnishings & beds during your stay.
