Country home with three bedrooms that sleeps 7 guests. Large yard and porch with view of the mountains. Walk into town or drive to nearby rivers for fishing, swimming, kayaking, hiking or skiing during winter. House amenities to cook at home or dine out nearby. WiFi, large TV, DVD player, Netflix, board games… comfy chaise lounge, 6 seater dining table, breakfast nook table and a kitchen kitted out for cooking with outdoor bbq and table. Guests will be able to arrive and use all amenities and accessories for an easy stay - from towels and linen, through to towels, hand soaps and shampoo.

Why they chose this property
Tumut and the surrounding areas have so many stunning places to spend your time here, and my house is a great place to come home to at night to relax in a quiet and family friendly atmosphere. In warmer months, you can spend time swimming, kyaking, fishing, walking, picnicing by the river, exploring and in winter you can drive to the snow... Nearby are local shops, cafes and parks... but you are far enough away for a peaceful, country stay.
What makes this property unique
This property is in walking or driving distance to local amenities and a stones throw away from the valley, mountains, river and dam... if you love the country, the sights, quiet area with plenty to do, the sun and the snow, water activities, good food... then you will love Tumut. My home is set up with family or friends in mind – roomy, carefully set out with what you need when staying for a brief stay or a while – lounge area with board games, TV, wifi... dining table and breakfast nook... a bbq in an outdoor seating area... backyard for the kids to play... basics ready to go in the kitchen including oil, herbs and cooking appliances and enough crockery and so on for a group of guests.
