The private unit Raccoon is a whole basement unit (PLEASE, BE AWARE THAT YOU WILL USE THE GENERAL ENTRY FOR OUR HOUSE) with its private washroom, kitchenette and coffee station. Enjoy the fresh air by walking in our peaceful neighborhood surrounded by trees.
Experience restaurants,bars,and places of interest within a walking distance. Do you prefer to move around Calgary? Jump into the C-Train by walking only three blocks!
This is an Executive private suite (basement) in a townhouse built in 2014. PLEASE, BE AWARE THAT YOU WILL USE THE COMMON ENTRANCE TO THE HOUSE BEFORE COMING INTO YOUR UNIT. The building is located on a beautiful street full of trees and green views. Since the house was built few years ago, you will have all the amenities expected in a new building. The house's theme is nature, so you will find plants around the house; your suite will have the name of an animal, and you will find some fancy wallpapers around.
You will have the option of using the main door to come in (we use same entrance to access the house), or use the back door (same door code). If you drive, you can park on the street (please, send us your plate number and province in advance if you require parking).
In the Raccoon private unit, you will have a bedroom with a Full bed size, with a very comfortable mattress, a private desk in case you need to work, and a huge wardrobe to place your belongings. In the unit you will have a private washroom with shower, and an spacious living room with a sofa bed that can convert into a king size bed (please, double check the number of guests in your booking). You will also have a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, and a free coffee station.
In addition to all of this, you will also have THE OPTION to access to our SHARED fully equipped kitchen in the main floor (shared space), in case you need to cook something. You will also have access to our shared living room. All the shared spaces are always kept clean, so everybody in the house is encourage to clean after themselves. You will have a great and different experience here!

We love our neighborhood because it offers a perfect balance between the convenience of being few steps away from the downtown, and the quietness of a residential neighborhood. We have many trees on our street and many parks near us (including the Bow River), and many restaurants within a walking distance as well.
What makes this property unique
Our house is a comfortable relatively new house built in 2014, which offers all the amenities of a new house, including central heating, and comfortable carpet in the bedrooms.
You will find a beautiful nature theme inside, which we always love to promote to our guests to have peaceful stays. You will notice some details that promote peacefulness and quietness, such as avoiding TVs (this is on purpose). We hope that you like our house!
