Tranquil Family Getaway – Spacious Retreat with Indoor Pool, Spa and Alpacas! Welcome to your dream holiday home, nestled in a peaceful paradise just 5 minutes from the charming township of Berry and an 8-minute drive from the stunning Seven Mile Beach. This family-friendly retreat offers an idyllic setting for relaxation and adventure, ensuring a memorable stay for guests of all ages. This property was designed from the onset to be comfortable, quite and relaxing. It features four bedrooms, all of them having ensuites. There are two living areas with a two way indoor heater for the winter months. There is also a large home theatre. There are two extra half bathrooms, one in the house and one in the pool room. There are also two home offices and Starlink internet. Experience peace with the nearest neighbour being over 100m away and windows being double glazed. The pool is heated to around 26 degrees during Spring, Summer and Autumn. The house is all one level with no steps. Say hi to the alpacas (Snowball, Slippers, and Midnight ) and relax with the whole family at this spacious and tranquil place to stay. There are numerous wineries, bush walks and world class uncrowded beaches in the area with Berry regularly having shows, concerts, and farmers markets. This property pretty much runs off grid except for a small amount power available for the grid. Please know that there is not unlimited power for running the pool or charging cars etc.

Beautiful set up. Lovely self contained rooms for multiple family stays. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The pool was well maintained. The animals roaming near by was so lovely. I highly recommemd staying here

We had a great stay at Dean's place. He was an excellent host. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for all the family. Loved the pool. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including two ovens. Enjoyed the farm experience.
