About this property
Grevillea Villa - Scenic Outlook, 20mins to Coolum
Summary:
Welcome to Grevillea Villa, a beautifully curated hideaway tucked into the peaceful hills of Ninderry. Picture slow mornings, soft sunsets, and serenity, this luxurious villa is perfect for couples or small groups, sleeping up to 4 guests in total. Surrounded by native bushland and framed by distant ocean horizons, this cosy villa invites you to unwind beside the crackling fireplace, sip morning coffee on the deck as birdsong drifts through the trees, and fall asleep to the stillness of nature.
The Space:
This villa sits on the same scenic acreage as two sister villas (Lemon Myrtle Villa and Bottlebrush Villa) as well as Coastview Manor, offering the option to book individually or all together for group stays. Step inside to a warm and inviting interior featuring a queen bed plus a queen sofa bed, a cosy fireplace, and sliding glass doors that drench the space in natural light. The kitchenette, complete with a gas stovetop, fridge and other essentials like a coffee machine, has everything you need for simple, relaxed meals, while the dining table can easily be moved out to the deck for sunset dinners and drinks surrounded by nature.
Designed to feel private and serene, this villa sits on an angle from its neighbouring tiny-home villas, giving you the luxury of your own space while still being part of a tranquil, boutique estate. This villa sits at the front of the trio, making it the first you’ll come across on the property.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to their own private villa and space to park 1 car outside. There is also plenty of free street parking available.
The Neighborhood:
Enjoy panoramic sunrises over Lake Weyba and golden sunsets across Noosa Bay. The location is superb, close to Peregian Beach, Coolum, Yandina markets, Spirit House Restaurant, Terella Brewery, Fairhill Botanic Gardens, and Ninderry walking tracks. Noosa and Mooloolaba are just a 30-minute drive away.
Getting Around:
A car is essential as there’s no public transport nearby, and exploring the Sunshine Coast Hinterland is part of the magic.
Other Things to Note:
*Please note, this villa is situated on the same land as two other tiny home villas as well as Coastview Manor (the main house). The villas and Coastview Manor are listed independently and may be booked by other guests or all together for group stays. The villas have a separate driveway to the main house and do not have access to Coastview Manor or pool unless booked together.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
No guests under the age of 25 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
Interaction with Guests:
