** Washer/dryer, full kitchen with fridge / freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee & coffee machine
-Wi-Fi, 2 smart TVs (Netflix, Paramount & Disney)
-Comfortable outside furniture to enjoy a meal or glass of wine on the balcony.
Best of all is the location! Just moments to iconic Manly Beach, picnic areas, beautiful walks and some of the best easteries Manly has to offer. My close by favourites are Waka Japanese and Kazzi Beach Greek.
There's also amazing snorkling at Fairy Bower, just in front of The Bower cafe, near Shelly Beach. I've supplied snorkling gear for you if you wish to go.

The building across the laneway is under renovation, due for completion soon. This listing is priced accordingly. Renovations are in the final stages meaning noise is minimal. (No renovation work taking place over the 2-3 weeks over the Xmas / New Year break ).
