The bathroom was filthy off the master. There was trash under two of the beds. The ceiling fans were dirty as was the trash can. The back door is difficult to open and the grass needed to be mowed - bathroom mirror was dirty and the toilet had dried urine on the seat - the ac return vent is filthy overall very disappointing

We’re sorry to hear the home did not meet expectations upon your arrival. -The cleanliness concerns you mentioned, including the bathroom, ceiling fans, trash, toilet, mirror, and A/C return vent, are not reflective of the standards we strive to provide. -We’ve addressed these concerns with our cleaning team and are implementing stricter inspections moving forward to help prevent this from recurring. -We’ve also followed up on the back door and lawn maintenance concerns with our maintenance team.
