The stylish 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home (Sleeping 10 guests) is supplemented with a self-contained guest house, perfect for multigenerational families or two families to spread out and enjoy.
Open-plan living flows into an expansive outdoor entertaining area, fully tiled, sparkling swimming pool, and modern grass pickleball court, set against the backdrop of bay and city views, and a private, hedged rear garden. Impressing from the start with a feature front fence, you then follow an "Avenue" style path to the oversized front door. The spacious, open-plan kitchen, dining area, and family room are warmed by the hardwood floors and a travertine feature wall, which houses the TV and a stunning gas fire.
Outside is the showstopper, offering an expansive entertaining deck framing an inviting, sky blue swimming pool, which contrasts perfectly with the green of the pickleball court behind. The kitchen is high-end in every way, from thick stone benchtops with waterfall ends, top-quality stainless-steel appliances, and a spacious butler’s pantry. Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms with a second living area and a study nook for those needing to do some work/study. Each bedroom has an ensuite, one which is extra large, including a bath. There are lovely water views and views of the city from upstairs.
A separate powder room is conveniently located downstairs next to the spacious laundry. On the next level down, there is a beautiful grassy area with a large studio-style bedroom/living area with built-in cupboards and a kitchenette, plus an ensuite.
