We were in Fairbanks for a very short stay. This unit was very nice, very much as advertised. Had a delightful dinner at Soba, a Moldovan restaurant downtown. The host was very responsive to our questions.

Perfect Alaskan Getaway

This was a beautiful property! It was very clean, and exactly as advertised. The location was convenient and close to the downtown area. Emily was a very sweet host and was great on communication. She left a welcome card and a few treats upon our arrival! We loved our time here!! Definitely recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay. On a Main Street, but surprisingly quiet for these country folks. The spiral stairs to the studio were difficult with our small luggage. Great place otherwise.

Great getaway

This is a lovely upstairs studio apartment with a great variety of eclectic art and homey touches. The location is very convenient and the host is incredibly responsive. To get to the apartment, there is a narrow spiral staircase that might be difficult to navigate for some- and not super easy if you have a lot of large luggage to bring in. This is the second time we have stayed here and we will definitely be back.

Cozy Comforts

Excellent place to stay, close to downtown! It was clean and quiet. The owner stayed in contact, provided Alaskana refreshments upon arrival, and was a delight. The only access is a spiral staircase, which might pose problematic for guests with lots of luggage or with health impairments. We enjoyed the A/C--a rare find in AK!

Midnight Sun Short Weekend

This wonderful listing is walking distance to many of the attractions in Fairbanks, from downtown to the local baseball diamond where we watched the Midnight Sun game. The host, Emily, was welcoming and helpful. The Alaska specialities on arrival was a sweet touch and helped to make us feel at home. The property is well maintained, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I hope we get the chance to return someday in the future!

Home away from home

Emily is a great and friendly. If i had questions or concerns she's always return my calls in a timely manner. No regrets im looking forward to renting her places in the near future. I will highly recommend to my friend's. Awsome 👍

WORST HOST EVER!!

This place is awful!!! Parking is terrible the area is incredibly sketchy and the dog inside the house from the downstairs apartment NEVER stops barking. It starts around 7am and doesn’t stop!! The shower and shower door were filthy and haven’t been cleaned in a very long time! I didn’t dare shower there. The porch outside is full of dead plants from last year. They could at least sweep it, it looks terrible. All the plants inside the apartment are dead. This place is seriously neglected and so overpriced! I stayed one night and got out of there as fast as possible. Now I wait 5-10 business days for my refund.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. Cute area to watch TV, read next to the "fireplace", or just relax and look out the huge windows. Great location, outside of town feel but close to everything, even walking distance away from places. Restaurants, groceries, gas stations. Emily made everything so easy, from check in to check out. We even had the chance to chat with her mom(lives downstairs) about places to see, about the area, and their store which had absolutely beautiful hand made bowls. We will definitely be back to stay because we fell in LOVE with Fairbanks. And now I think I convinced my husband to make the move from Minnesota to here!
