An idyllic Utah landing pad, this Cedar City home is spacious enough for the entire family! With four bedrooms, mountain views, and a large enclosed yard - all of your favorite amenities are on display.

From the moment you walk inside, you will immediately find one of the four bedrooms, accessible for all, as well as the sun-filled main living area. A work desk is available for those traveling professionally and a private washer/dryer keeps chore time at bay.
When you aren't dining out, the fully equipped kitchen is well-prepared for all of your culinary pursuits! Some of your favorite memories in Cedar City will be made gathered around the lovely formal dining. Full and content, enjoy the warm ambiance available in the large living room, complete with ample seating and a large Smart TV. Garage access is also available on the main level.
Upstairs, the additional three bedrooms are just as comfortable. Off the primary bedroom, the ensuite bathroom features a jetted tub and walk-in shower. A walk-in closet is available off this space. Additional interior amenities include central air-conditioning, a gas fireplace, and internet access.
Outside, enjoy scenic views from the balcony and delicious meals prepared over the gas grill. Fire pit, Gazebo picnic table.
