Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place used towels in the laundry, leave the bed unmade. Please dispose of your rubbish and left overs in the level 11 refuse room chute. Please place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn ON.
Close ext balcony doors, turn off lights, AC/Heating, fans, heated towel rails (bottom switch), TV & lamps. Leave fob on the kitchen bench - UNLESS YOU HAVE A CAR, if so please follow instruction 3.
Use fob to access parking building via glass door. Scan fob to LH reader to open door to retrieve car. Return fob to the safe box inside post box 1106 & scramble code to avoid $250 fee for stolen fob
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
