23 Jackman Ave is a quiet location in the heart of Whitianga.
Walking distance to the beach (300m), The Lost Spring (1km) and local shops and restaurants (1.5km).
The property is fully fenced with secure boat parking and an automated gate.
Enjoy the extensive sundrenched deck for entertaining. Here you can dine alfresco on the generous outdoor table, and the large BBQ will meet all of your barbequing requirements.
Put your feet up and relax in bean bags designed for comfort, and enjoy a glass of wine or have an afternoon siesta.
The Private lawn is perfect for yard games and family fun.
The front porch provides the perfect spot for a morning coffee while you take in the beautiful garden and distant mountain views.
A brand new kitchen which is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, including a coffee machine and air fryer.
The house is a perfect set-up for multigenerational families or friends travelling together looking for some separation of space. There is also a lockable single car garage for secure car parking or storage.
Fisherman friendly - there is a filleting station and bait freezer available for your use.
All bed linen and towels are supplied.
Wifi is included. Flat screen tv for streaming your favourite tv show or watching sport.
The house has brand new furnishings and beds throughout, as well as a port-a-cot if required.
***Please note: The large Shed on the property is unavailable for use. The attached unit does not have a shower.
