If the HVAC system is temporarily unavailable during your stay, portable AC units will be provided as needed. Seasonal temperatures during this period are typically mild, with highs of 72-74°F, lows of 58-60°F, and median temperatures around 64-66°F, so we don't anticipate any comfort issues.
🚧 Important amenity notice: Pool is currently unavailable. While there is direct beach access behind the building, the on-site pool is closed for a full restoration. Construction to install the new pool and decking has in ongoing since September 2025 through approximately June/July 2026. Beach access will remain open. By booking, you acknowledge this status and that rates reflect these temporary impacts.
