Warrenville is a small town nestled between 2 lively cities. Wheaton to the north and Naperville to the south. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Enter the front door to an open concept living room/kitchen area. The living room has a 55" TV/cable and the kitchen is fully stocked. Master bedroom has its own bathroom, walk-in closet and TV/cable. Finish it off with 2 more bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. The patio out back is equipped with seating and an outdoor grill and plenty of yard to throw a ball or kick a soccer ball.
If you choose to book this home, you will be required to send a copy of your government ID and also a message stating you have read and agree to the Guest Rules below.
GUEST RULES CHECK IN TIME IS AFTER 4:00 P.M. CST AND CHECKOUT IS 11:00 A.M. CST. NO EARLY OR LATE CHECKOUT WITHOUT WRITTEN REQUEST AND APPROVAL FROM LYNN, THE PROPERTY OWNER. THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOME. That includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, cannabis or vaping of any type. Also included are incense and candles. In the event that there is an odor left in the house after guests leave, there will be a $300.00 fine applied to your charge card for removing the odor in the home. Even though Illinois is a cannabis legal state, it is not allowed on the property. PARTIES/EVENTS in the home or on the property ARE NOT PERMITTED. PETS are not permitted. If you do bring your pet, it will be an automatic $500.00 fine and termination of your reservation. You will be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refund. OUTDOOR QUIET TIME: 9:00pm during the week and 11:00pm on Friday and Saturday. BE AWARE, there are video/sound security cameras on the outside front and back of the home. Tampering with security equipment or internet is grounds for termination of your reservation, and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refund. MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL: The minimum age to rent this home is 25. Guests will be asked to provide proof of age via a photocopy of a valid driver’s license or Government issued ID. CARDHOLDER IDENTIFICATION: IF booking is made in a different name than the cardholder’s name used to secure the booking, guest will be asked to provide proof of identification of the cardholder via a photocopy of the cardholder’s valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID. Card holder must be one of the guests and be present during the whole reservation. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PROVIDE COPY’S OF IDENTIFICATION WHEN REQUESTED. If we do not receive proof of identification within 48 hours of request, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. This is very important. In the event damages do occur, guest agrees that they will be financially responsible for the cost to repair the damages or replacement if the damages cannot be fixed.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons unless prior approval in writing is obtained from home owner. If guest exceeds the maximum occupancy agreement, they will be subject to one or both of the following. Losing their deposit and asked to leave the property immediately, and a $200.00 fine for each extra person per day. Please do not try to get away with it, you will be caught. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of full payment and deposit and will not be permitted to check in. TRAVEL INSURANCE - Though it is not required, the owner will not be obligated to give a refund past the free full/partial cancellation period for any reason. It is highly suggested that the guest purchase travel insurance to cover any emergency that may occur. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. DEPARTURE PREPERATIONS: Return all pillows/blankets/furniture to the rooms in which they belong. Place used towels in laundry baskets or laundry room. Please leave all bedding in place as is. Empty refrigerator and cabinets of your belongings. Empty garbage cans and put in the appropriate bin near the driveway. Load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. PLEASE REMEMBER TO LOG OUT OF ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNTS AMAZON PRIME/HULU/NETFLIX ON THE SMART T.V.S By continuing to book a reservation, guest agrees to all terms and conditions of this document.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful neighborhood of Warrenville and the home was perfection. We are sad to go home today. Home was fully stocked with all the necessities, and the host even accommodated for my infant grandson with a dockatot, a playpen and a highchair. The best experience we have had by far.
Wonderful property in a great quiet neighborhood. This property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of fresh towels. Nice size beds. Great backyard. The provided snacks were a wonderful addition. Lynn is a excellent host!
Lynn was very accommodating and has everything perfectly under control. She bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied and well taken care of. There were many extra touches that made the stay super wonderful! Plenty of space and beautifully decorated. We would have liked warmer weather to make use of the great patio but that was not Lynn’s problem!! Thanks for everything.
Great house! Very cozy yet spacious with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-appointed. Furniture was clean and comfortable. Lynn was super nice and answered all of my questions quickly. Due to rain, we didn’t use the outdoor space. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Fantastic, adorable house in a quiet, easy to find neighborhood. Looks brand new inside, nicely decorated, plenty of room for 6. Master shower & closet are amazing. Everything you could possibly need, including washer/dryer, iron & steamer, kitchen necessities, BBQ grill, fire pit, and more. 45-60 min west of downtown Chicago/O'Hare/Midway, minutes from Downers Grove/Oak Brook/Lombard. We would absolutely stay here again if we were in the area. Perfect location for our needs, attending a college graduation; great week!
Great stay, the only thing that could have been an improvement was the matresses in the bedrooms. Not comfortable, older spring mattresses, but everything else was five stars!

The communication from beginning to end was so refreshing, timely and friendly. They thoughtful extras like a coffee grinder and drip coffee pot were greatly appreciated and used. Also, the clothes steamer was an we did not expect to find but Used for our wedding clothes that had been wrinkled and travel The cleanliness stood out to all of us.Thank you Lynn
Lynn is the consummate host. The property is very thoughtfully appointed, very clean and the attention to detail, (like the lighting and the location of towel hooks) is exceptional. The property has Xfinity cable TV service, which is a big plus for us.
This is our third time staying with Lynn at this property. Our kids just call it “the Chicago house” now. The house is prepared and feels very welcoming. Lynn fully stocks the house with everything you need, even coffee. She’s a great host!
This beautiful home located in Warrenville, IL was spacious and clean. It matched the posting accurately. The host clearly communicated the guidelines and policies for check in/out.
If you are wanting to visit the Naperville, Wheaton, or Aurora area but want a quiet place to stay, look no further. This house is extremely clean, well decorated, and provides all the amenities of your own home. It also has a great back patio and grill if you want to enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The house is also very close the a running trail which goes on for miles. The host is also very responsive to any questions or concerns.
The property was very clean and very functional in its layout. It had Xfinity cable, (which I find to be highly desirable compared to the typical streaming services) access and all the amenities we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and the large lot provided considerable separation from the other houses. My wife and I highly recommend this property.
Warrenville is a beautiful area near North Central College. We were there to celebrate our son's graduation. The house is exactly like the photos but better! Absolutely amazing large yard. Grill & patio and all of the amenities were very helpful! Thank you again Lynn for your hospitality!!
Lovely home with great bedding, plenty of seating and the kitchen was supplied with utensils and small appliances for cooking meals. We would definitely stay again!
